Custom Lil Thickie

“The purpose of my art is for people to see themselves in it.” - Mary Milliken

Honor yourself with a custom Lil Thickie, a one-of-one miniature watercolor, hand-painted onto cotton paper by artist Mary Milliken. Made in Los Angeles, each Lil Thickie painting is signed, matted, and framed into a vibrant real wooden frame that stands on its own or hangs on the wall. Choose your frame color or have the artist decide. The dimensions of the wooden frame are 4 x 4 x 1/2 “ and the inner mat dimensions are 2.5x2.5”.

Guidelines and tips for reference photos:

• Have fun with lighting, setting, colors, and shadows
• Make sure the photo is taken by you or with a self timer. Please do not submit references created by other artists or photographers
• Consider, “what would make a cool painting?” instead of, “what would make an attractive photo?”
• A good resolution (ideally 300dpi or above)
• No filters please
